Refund policy
At Neuaura, we strive to provide high-quality products and a great customer experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return, refund, and exchange policy.
Return & Exchange Window
Customers may request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The packaging must remain intact.
• No laundry pods should be used, opened, damaged, or missing from the package.
• The product must be returned with all original contents received at the time of delivery.
Any product that has been partially used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, tampered, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process such claims, customers must provide:
• An unboxing video showing the package being opened.
• Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
• Order details for verification.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 8–10 working days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to verification and product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution or process a refund where applicable.
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted if:
• The product has been used.
• Any laundry pod has been consumed, opened, damaged, or removed from the package.
• The product packaging is tampered with after delivery.
• The return request is made after the 7-day return period.
• A damage claim is submitted without the required unboxing video and supporting evidence.
